Please note: This is a Blended Learning course. The course is split evenly between online learning and a 1-day in-class session. The online component is required to be completed prior to attending the in-class portion. The event date on your confirmation email is the In-Class date that must be attended.

How to access the online component? After registering, you’ll receive an email from the Canadian Red Cross within one business day or four weeks before your in-class session if booked in advance. Heart to Heart will also send detailed instructions for accessing online materials. If you don’t receive these emails within one business day (or four weeks before your course start date), contact us for help.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of your course.
  • Latecomers may not be admitted as attendance in 100% of the course is mandatory.
  • Please bring a pen and wear comfortable clothing. 
  • If you paid the student rate, you may be asked to present a current student ID or acceptance letter on the course day.

How do I get my certification? Within 2-5 days after completing the entire course, the Canadian Red Cross will email you an electronic certification valid for three years.

Transferring to another course:  Please email register@heart2heartcpr.com with your new preferred date and location to transfer your registration and payment. Note that transfer requests for blended courses need at least one week’s notice and may be subject to fees.


  • This course requires payment at the time of registration.
  • If you do not pay at the time of registration your booking is not secure.
  • If you have any issues making payment on the website, please contact our office directly. There will not be the option to make payment at the course location.
