All courses are non-refundable unless cancelled by Heart 2 Heart.
Rescheduling / Transfers
- For non-blended First Aid and CPR courses: You may reschedule with 72 hours’ notice (with fee).
- For Blended Learning First Aid and CPR: You may reschedule with 1 week’s notice (with fee).
A $10 administration fee will be charged for reschedules. If notice is not provided within the timeframes above, the course is non-transferable.
Course Requirements
- For Blended Learning, Re-certification, or Instructor courses, you must ensure you meet all course requirements. If you are refused entry due to not meeting requirements, payment will be forfeited.
Same-Day Cancellations
- A short grace period is provided if you wish to cancel on the same day as booked- a full refund is possible. After this period, all refund and transfer policies apply in full.
Instructor Development Courses
- Due to very small class sizes, no refund or transfer is possible unless the course is cancelled or postponed by Heart 2 Heart. This policy supersedes the standard refund policy. Instructor Development courses are also non-transferrable. Please contact our office as soon as possible if there is an issue with your course date.
Blended Learning Courses
- All Blended Learning courses are non-refundable.

- All refund and transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email must be sent to register@heart2heartcpr.com)
