First aid and CPR training are invaluable skills that can make a significant difference during emergencies. At Heart2Heart, we offer two primary Red Cross first aid courses: the comprehensive Standard First Aid & CPR and the essential Emergency First Aid & CPR. Let’s distinguish between these two:

Additionally, participants have the option to add a 60-minute Opioid Poisoning Awareness Workshop, teaching them to recognize, access help, and provide care for suspected opioid poisoning.
Understanding CPR Level C:
CPR Level C is a comprehensive training module designed to impart skills for performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on individuals across all age groups: adults, children, and infants. This level is particularly popular because of its broad scope, making it ideal for caregivers, parents, teachers, and many professionals who may encounter a diverse range of individuals in their care or workspace. In addition to CPR techniques, all certifications at this level come equipped with training in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), a lifesaving tool that can dramatically increase the chances of survival during cardiac events. Given its inclusive coverage, Level C stands out as the most commonly sought-after and recommended CPR certification.
Participant Materials for Both Courses: Upon successful completion of either course, participants will receive:
- First Aid & CPR guide (available in print and/or eBook)
- Comprehensive Guide to First Aid & CPR (eBook)
- A digital certificate
Conclusion: While the Standard First Aid & CPR course is our most popular offering due to its comprehensive coverage of a wide range of scenarios, the Emergency First Aid & CPR course is perfect for those looking to focus on life-threatening emergencies. Your choice should reflect your personal or professional requirements. Being prepared is vital when it comes to emergencies.
